Scope and Content
Condition that if William Walker, who has resigned to Edward Edgeworth the parsonage of Passenam also Passenham in Northamptonshire, shall in fact be allowed peaceably to take all his moveable goods, chattels, and necessaries from the parsonage house and other buildings, yard etc. and fish within Mooresclose Pond alias Deyneshangar, and to fish the same pond, and be kept free from charges for dilapidations, etc. then bond be of no effect.
