    William Dyer esquire and wife Ursula, only daughter Richard Taylor esquire deceased, Wentworth Taylor and Thomas Taylor, sons of Richard Taylor, infants versus Katherine Taylor, widow, mother of Wentworth, Thomas and Ursula Sir William Becher knight, William Boteler esquire, executors of Richard Taylor Christopher Hatton esquire Cuthbert Creed Mathew Cleyton Reciting marriage settlement 30 May 1648 on marriage Richard Taylor and wife Catherine, daughter of Edward Bosden esquire, and reciting will of Richard Taylor [TW1078], and his death on 30 November 1667, and that the remaining trustees of the marriage settlement (Edward Bosden the son, and Thomas Leggatt living in Cheshire and Essex) by indentures 3/4 February 1667/8 handed over their estate to the executors, and that within a year Compton Taylor died, and on October 1672 Ursula Taylor married William Dyer. Christopher Hatton has been treating for the purchase of the Manor of Foxton for the residue of the term, but desired it clear of incumbrances of other legacies. Court declared that the £1800 agreed to be paid for the lands in Foxton was a full consideration for the purchase, which should be completed, and the property discharged from the other legacies.
