“Mr.Wynce afforms that Mr.Butler hathe a graunte of a leete by a particuler patent which we desier to see yf ytt be former to ours and of the leete belongeinge to Glouc’ Fee then ytt ys good and ours naught yf ytt bee later then ours good and that naught yf ytt be former or later and of enother thenytt will be naught because ours extende unto all Biddenham, but herein I referred by further opinion to the [?] faythe of his patent”
