Consideration of £474 to John Robertson from John Barcock and 10 shillings to Martin Maylee. Recites indenture made 29 March 1802. All those several pieces and parcels of arable land, meadow, pasture and ley ground lying in the common fields and meadows of Great Barford containing an estimated 18 acres and 20 perches, formerly in the tenure of James Duncombe and now tenure of William Duncombe. 6 July 1819
