    Parties: 1) John Parker of the town of Bedford in the county of Bedford, doctor in physic 2) Mary Parker, his wife, the sister and heir of Thomas Wagstaffe, then late rector of Bailey in the county of Hertford 3) William Townsend of Staple Inn London, gentleman and trustee for Thomas Wagstaffe 4) Bridget Wagstaffe of East Barnet of the county of Hertford, widow of the said Thomas Wagstaffe. 5) John Robertson of Long Stanton in the county of Cambridge, yeoman 6) Martin Mayle of Beeston in the parish of Sandy in the said county of Bedford, a trustee for John Robertson 7) William Wilshere of Hitchin in the county of Bedford, esquire 8) Benjamin Jefferies of Great Barford in the county of Bedford, malster Consideration of £530 to John and Mary Parker from John Robertson, and five shillings apiece to John and Mary Parker, William Townsend, Bridgett Wagstaffe paid by Martin Mayle and John Robertson. Recites the indenture of 16 February 1801. John Parker and his wife did grant bargain sell and release and confirm unto John Robertson and Martin Mayle several pieces of arable land, meadow, pasture and ley ground laying in the common field and meadows of Great Barford, estimated 34 acres and 2 roods then in the occupation of James Duncombe. 29 March 1802
