  • Scope and Content
    The new buildings was put in the “graunge yearde”. They pulled down walls and the garner house, and an old house. They brought wood from Colworth, Odell, Snelston and Bletsoe Park, and boards (deal) from St.Ives. Stone from Olney and Warrington, and some stone was dug in the fields of Harrold. Free masons were hired, including old Grumbold.
