  • Title
Letter from H.G. Cranmer. Considers the farm would stand a better chance of being let if the house and garden went with it. Describes the accommodation, and states it has recently been repaired throughout. The house is rated at a rental of £15-£18 per annum, but if he could get a 21 year lease on the house and farm together, he would accept £12 a year for the house. Requires a tenant of good character 'I do not want any more Brightmans'. Also refers to Brightman thatching the straw stacks.
