Northill: ‘In Northill church’; monument: beneath this pew lie interred the remains of Henry Fish Palmer Esq. and Elizabeth his wife, late of Ickwell in this parish who after having been married 57 years departed this life Elizabeth on 22 June 1785, aged 82 years, and Henry on 13 January 1786 aged 81 years, leaving issue seven sons and one daughter, viz. Charles, James, Roger, Jeremy, John Edward, Thomas and Elizabeth. Watercolour by Thomas Fisher.
