    Recitals Statement that this Indenture is supplemental to Z 590/38-40. That neither James Scrogie (see Z 590/40) nor (i) have been admitted tenant to the premises. That Nathaniel Garner (see Z 590/39) died on 27 Jan 1887 having by his will of 16 Nov 1882 appointed (ii) trustees and executors and directed them to sell his copyhold hereditaments but empowered them to postpone the sale during the lifetime of his widow. That the said copyhold hereditaments being practically the entire estate of the testator, (ii) did not prove the will. That (i) has requested payment of £100 from (ii) and (ii) has requested (iii) to pay same upon security of this transfer. That there is now due to (i) on the aforesaid security £100 and no more, all interest being paid to the date hereof. That (iii) has agreed to pay (i) £100 upon having the transfer. Operative part Assignment from (i) as beneficial owner (in consideration of £100 paid to her by(iii)) and at the request of (ii), to (iii) of the principal sum of £100 and all interest to become due thereon and the full benefit of all securities for the same and the right to exercise and enforce the power of sale and all other powers and covenants for the recovery thereof. Habendum to (iii) absolutely. Covenant by (i) with (iii) that she will at the request of (iii) but at the cost of (ii) (trustees of the estate of Nathaniel Garner, deceased). procure herself to be admitted tenant to the copyhold hereditaments pursuant to the said conditional surrender (Z 590/39) and transfer of powers and rights thereunder and will as soon as conveniently practicable after such admittance at the like cost surrender the same into the hands of the Lord of the Manor to the use of (iii) in customary fee simple according to the custom of the manor at and under the rents, suits, and services therefore due and of right accustomed subject to equity of redemption existing therein by virtue of Z 590/38 - 40; and will in the meantime and until such surrender stand and be and remain entitled to be seised and possessed of the said copyhold hereditaments in trust for (iii) in customary fee simple. Witness to signing, sealing and delivery by (i) and (ii) respectively, Edgar F Course, clerk to Messrs. Hooper & Co. of Biggleswade, solicitors, and Arthur J Hills, solicitor a/c Hooper & Co. (v) Ellis Piggott Jeakings of Market Square, Biggleswade, boot maker, transferee. Recitals That (iv) has not been admitted tenant to the copyhold hereditaments comprised above. That the principal sum of £100 remains owing to (iv) but all interest has been paid up to the date hereof. That (v) has agreed to pay (iv) £100 on having a transfer of the above written mortgage security. Operative part Assignment from (iv) as beneficial owner in consideration of £100 paid to her by (v), to (v) of the principal etc. as above. Covenant by (iv) as mortgagee with (v) to procure admission etc. subject to the equity of redemption subsisting on the premises.
