Samuel Waterfield of Dunstable, straw hat manufacturer, for £10, on condition that Sophia Waterfield his wife and the said [sic] Robert Lees give evidence upon a bill of indictment by Samuel Waterfield against Ellenor Harris of Dunstable, single woman, for stealing two pieces of needlework, three pieces of ribbon and sundry pieces of printed cotton of the value of 2 shillings.
