the file consists of the following for each school: establishment name and address; establishment area; telephone number; type of school; age range of pupils; pupil roll numbers; teaching staff roll; type of catering service required; numbers of daily average meals, sandwiches and meals on wheels; special requirements; cleaning obligations; vending provision; description of facilities; inventory of heavy kitchen equipment (e.g. meat slicers, sinks, dishwashers etc.); inventory of light kitchen equipment (e.g. cutlery, tins, trolleys etc.); plans of school buildings including close-ups of kitchen area.
