Farm in Wootton (55a) in the tenure of Edward Biggs as yearly tenant (rent £65 per annum) and 2. Farm in Wilshamstead (114a) in tenure of John Newman as yearly tenant (rent £133 per annum) (p.1) 2. Information on the Wootton-purchased by Thomas Layton in 1719; description of property from purchase deeds of 23/24 March 1719 (pp.2-3); note on discharge of tithes under Inclosure Award 1836 (p.27) with (overleaf) extract from schedule listing properties freed from tithes. 3.
