Recite (1) Lease 6 April 1703 by Deans and Canon of Windsor to Charles Leigh, late of Leighton Buzzard deceased for 21 years at £150 9s 4d (2) will of Charles Leigh 5 June 1704 (3) Assignment 7 July 1705 by John Isham esq. William Bincks, Dean of Coventry & Litchfield, Honourable Elizabeth Leigh ( widow) to (i) (4) Mortgage of even date by (i) to Thomas Wentworth for £5,240 (latters name being used in trust for (iii) above). (5) Assignment of Lease, 21 August 1705 by parties as above, in trust to renew the term when necessary & to permit (i) to take profits, & after his deceaced (iii) & heirs to tail; with clause permitting (i) to alter the trusts).
