i) Dean & Canons of Windsor. ii) Thomas Lord Leigh. ---Manor of Leighton Buzzard etc. as in KK1. Covenants to hold courts & to deliver Court rolls to. i) every 7 years. Within 7 years to deliver to (i) a terrier, servey & rental of property. To keep in repair. To give 3 nights’ food & lodging to (i)’s servants each year. Not to fell trees of less than 10 years growth & to leave the customary number of stores, stackells and wavers’ standing. Not to alienate property without consent of (i) except to wife or children during his life. (Recite lease 14 December 1663)..
