It roosted by itself in a shed not in the fowl house. He missed it about a week ago. It is the one produced. Sarah Evans of Windsor Street, Luton – she is the daughter of James Evans,. There is a shed at the back of their house. Yesterday morning they saw a hen tied up in a handkerchief. She took it to her mother. She is sure it is the handkerchief she used to put on the shelf. Elizabeth Evans of Windsor Street, Luton – she is the wife of James Evans. Her daughter brought the handkerchief and fowl to her. The handkerchief is Young’s - she has tied his food up in it. There is some loose barley in the handkerchief. George Young – he knows nothing about it. It is a mistake.
