    Overseers of the Poor of Cardington (appellants) and Overseers of the Poor of Great Wilbraham (respondents) In the matter of an appeal against an Order bearing the date 16th April 1845 under the hands and seals of Edward Hicks Esquire and John Hailstone junior, clerk two of the Justices of the peace for the County of Cambridge for the removal of James Fowler and Harriett his wife from Great Wilbraham to Cardington. I hereby give you and each of you notice that on the part of the said Respondents I withdraw and abandon the undertaking given by me as Attorney for the said respondents in the matter of this appeal bearing date on or about 5th July last past, and that neither myself as their Attorney nor the said respondents will hold ourselves bound thereby and so consider the same totally void. I hereby give you and each of you notice and require you and each of you to produce to the Court of Quarter Sessions upon the eharing of this appeal the said undertaking and also a letter from me the said Frederick Barlow as attorney for the said respondents to Mr William Rogers, attorney for the appellants bearing date 5th July 1845 and also letters from me Frederick Barlow to William Rogers bearing date 21st July 1845 and 4th October 1845. I hereby give you and each of you notice and require you and each of you to produce to the said Court of Quarter Sessions all and every rate and rates book purporting to be assessments for the relief of the poor of the said parish of Cardington. And also a letter from Joseph Toll of Great Wilbraham to Mr Street bearing date 31 January 1830, and all copies of letters fro WIlliam Rogers to the said Frederic Barlow, and from Samuel Preston of Cardington to Joseph Toller bearing date 2nd February 1839.
