Manor of Eaton Bray with the Members admission at court baron at the White Horse, Eaton Bray before Edward Chilwell Williamson and Charles Austin, stewards of Edward Burr (by John Pearse, his attorney) under the will of Thomas Burr of 28 June 1835 (proved in PCC 2 December 1835) to (a) messuage on Eaton Green, Eaton Bray formerly in the occupation of William Mead, then John Tibbs [sic] and Richard Lott [sic], now George Abraham and Michael Puddephatt; (b) four butts of arable on the backside of (a) containing one acre in the occupation of Daniel Ellingham
