Christopher Smyth of Northampton, gentleman Recites will of Harry Johnson, father of Catherine, 8 January 1763; to wife Ann, estate in Mursley, Buckinghamshire, and manors (not specified) for life; then to 3 daughters, Jenny, Catherine & Nanny. Recites will of John Eaton late of Middlesex, esq., 5 June 1759; to wife Susan for life, messuages and lands in Cheapside, Lime Street, Lothbury, Poplar Marsh alias Stebon Heath Marsh, Charterhouse Yard, Rutland Court, Goswell Street, Glasshouse Yard, (charged with £60 p.a. to Mrs Frances Lisle); then 1/2 to the 3 daughters of Harry Johnson; 1/2 to any other children of Harry Johnson; recites that Harry Johnson had no other children, and Jenny died in infancy; Nanny died after 21; thus Catherine is now seised of the reversion in fee. Witnesses Samuel Ibbotson, John Irving, W. Bensley, John Routledge.
