- Scope and ContentDetails given: Devises manor of Ouse in Sharnbrook and lands in Sharnbrook and Odell, now in the occupation of Joseph Langley, purchased of George Stead, and a close in the downs of Bletsoe purchased of John Hipwell and wife Mary and Thomas Clarke and wife Phebe, in the occupation of the said Joseph Langley, to wife for life; also a messuage purchased of William Goldsmith now in the occupation of Mr Stone Grange at Chalton, Toddington; also the advowson of Cranley, Surrey, purchased of John Wicker, esquire (subject to Lease and Release, 15,16 November between (i) testator (ii) William Cripps of Hanover Square, goldsmith, and James Pugh of Foster Lane, goldsmith); after wife's death, to second son Charles Dymoke Willaume, and failing his heirs to youngest son John Williams Willaume, and failing his heirs to eldest son Edward Willaume; and failing his heirs to daughter Mary. Devises to John Williams Willaume piece of land in Pulloxhill rented by William Collier, which testator bought of Mr Smalridge; Clay Fields containing 25 acres in Flitton and Pulloxhill in the occupation of Abraham Burr or John Abbotts, which testator bought of Alexander Gillenders and wife Elizabeth, Samuel Nash and Mary Nash, spinster; a messuage in Pulloxhill with closes in Pulloxhill and Higham Gobion, in the occupation of John Partridge, bought of Joan Edridge, widow, and 60 acres in the open fields of Pulloxhill, Plowed Close containing 8 acres in the occupation of John Abbotts, which testator purchased of Thomas Arnold, gentleman; and in default of John's heirs, to second son Charles Dymoke, etc as before; The advowson of Great Holland, Essex; messuages in Millbrook and lands purchased of Thomas Day, esquire, and wife Katherine and of Thomas Head esquire; a cottage in Marston Moretaine with 2 closes containing 2 acres, and 1/2 acre meadow in Dudmore meadow, bought of the said Thomas Head. [For these premises see RO 26] Lands in Millbrook formerly in the tenure of Richard Newman and now of Widow Wheeler, bought of John Ogrady, Daniel Mccartie and Miss Elinor Decourcy, in the tenure of John Bosworth, to daughter Mary; and also to Mary lands in Cranfield in the occupation of Edward Ambridge and now of John Odell, bought of Thomas Day, esquire, and wife Katherine; and closes in Aspley Guise in the occupation of Robert Sawell, bought of Sarah Tells, [-] Tomkins or Peter Burgis. To eldest son Edward, the advowson of Bow Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, and of Tingrith. Residue of Bank Stock, South Sea Stock etc to be divided equally. To eldest son Edward, coach, landau and chaises.
