    To wife Susannah, all property freehold and copyhold in Luton, Steppingley and Millbrook, Beds., and Tring, Herts., and on her death to nephew, John Coles, son of brother, John Coles, messuage in which testator now dwells in Castle St., Luton, close pasture and appurtenances in Luton called Meeting House Close, 4 cottages at east end of said close now occupied by Edward Squire, piece of ground used by testator as yard, abutting at one end on Meeting House Close with chaise house, stable and other buildings thereon, close with appurtenances in Bailey Field, Luton, containing 3 acres, late occupied by testator's brother John Coles; all which testator brought at different times from said brother. All other property to use of brother John Coles. To brother, John Coles, £50 All household goods, furniture, plate, linen, china, debts, owing money, securities for money and all other personal estate to wife, Susannah.
