    Details given: -- a moiety of a messuage in Church End, Colmworth, a moiety of another tenement of the said Richard Fisher west, the Queen's highway south; -- a moiety of Short Croft (5 acres); -- a moiety of Long Croft, with the lane lying by the same, in Church End, adjoining the land of Abraham King east and late of Thomas Hillersdon, esquire, west, containing 5 acres; -- a moiety of Sheep Brooke close (9 acres), adjoining land of Abraham King east, and late of Richard Sexton west; -- a moiety of Stockings close (4 acres) with boundaries east and west as before, abutting north on the land of Charles Geary esquire. Recites: (A) Marriage settlement dated 4 February 1702: (i) William Fortune on marriage with Dorothy (ii) William Pye. (B) Will of William Fortune [see ABP/W1711/78]: devises to wife Dorothy £80 due to him by brother-in-law John Swanson's hand. (C) Death of William Fortune, leaving one daughter, Faith, by former wife but no children by Dorothy. Dorothy is to receive annuity of £16 per annum in discharge of her rights under (A).
