RECITES: Surrender 10 Jan 1793 (i) Francis Taylor of Cardington, farmer, nephew and devisee of John Taylor, deceased to use of (ii) Edward Cooch, gent., steward of court out of court: -messuage with 2 acres pasture and 3 roods meadow and appurtenances called Stoyles, formerly occupied by John Oliver, since Samuel Fosse, then Widow Papworth and John Fosse to which (i) was admitted at court 2 Nov 1778 under surrender and will of John Tayler, his late uncle, deceased.
