Recites Conveyance, same parties, 19 December 1696: -- a messuage in North Crawley in the occupation of Richard Sheard with closes containing 110 acres; -- a messuage in the occupation of Thomas Impey; late the inheritance of Richard Kilpin of North Crawley, gentleman, except 1 rood which John Seabrooke sold to William Marks of North Crawley.
