reciting: that (1) seized of property, and that by indenture of mortgage dated 4 March 1879 he mortgaged property shaded pink on
plan to Thomas Robinson to secure £1000 and interest, and that on 26 June 1885 the morgage interest was transferred
to Susanna Simmonds widow (nine messuages in all)
reciting: that by deeds of 27 October 1879 and 29 December 1882 John Langridge mortaged property coloured yellow to Court Unity for the Dunstable District no. 4799 Ancient Order of Foresters for £900 (12 messuages in all)
reciting: intended marriage between parties [John Landridge, Lucy Eyden]
COVENANT that if (2) shall survive (1) she is to receive the rents from the messages etc.

six houses called Cedar Terrace opposite Kingsbury Terrace in Church Street in occupation Messrs. Levi Horn, Frederick Room, widow Jackson, Brown and Puddephatt
six houses on North side of Church Street in occupation of Messrs James Maskell senior, Maskell junior, William Goodman, Jesse Room, Mrs. Hutchins and James Preston
all coloured yellow.
