    Copy of will and probate of Thomas Copperwheat of Cople, weaver - bequeaths to his sister Margaret Nichols for life his messuage, cottage or tenement at Great Woolston (Bucks), now in her occupation - after her death the same premises to be divided among her three children John, Mary and Anne Nichols - bequeaths to his sister Mary Fosket the little tenement in Cople in which she now lives, together with 40s p.a. to be paid to her for life - after her death the same premises to be given to his wife for her lifetime and after her death to be divided between his 2 heirs, Mary and Anne Nichols - to his cousin John Fosket all his weaving toold and instruments - to his sister Mary Fosket £5 to be paid out of his personal estate - the messuage, cottage and tenement where he now lives is settled upon his wife for life and after her death is to be divided between his 2 heirs Mary and Anne Nichols - if his sister Mary Fosket’s possession of the tenement is disturbed by his wife claiming that they are part of her jointure, then his sister to receive a further sum of £5 - residue of his estate bequeathed to his wife - appoints his wife sole executrix - also bequeaths to his cousin John Fosket’s eldest son after his wife’s decease the sum of £5, or if he should predecease her his cousin’s next son, to be paid by his heirs Mary and Anne Nichols - witnesses: Matthew Palmer; Susanna Moss; Henry Russell
