(b) Cottage or tenement with ground abutting: W the street side in Cople; W tenement and ground late of William Arden; N tenement of Matthew Watts – with one cow common in the common fields of Cople. Formerly occupied by Edward Sparkes, nor occupied by widow Laiton.
