Also they present that Adam ijd [2d] Cartere has a ruined building, therefore he is amerced and that John ijd [2d] Cree similarly has a ruined building, therefore he is amerced. And that Beatrice ijd [2d] Sterlynge unjustly called the hue on Joan Osebern, therefore she is amerced by the pledge of John Cartere. And that John ijd [2d] Warner justly called the hue on unlawfully William Yarwey and that the Constable ijd [2d] himself does not have [it], therefore he is amerced. and that Amicia iijd [3d] Hoppere unjustly drew blood from Agnes Warner and that the Constable ijd [2d] himself does not have [it], therefore he is amerced, and that Thomas Taillour justly called the hue on John ijd [2d] Gostewyk by the pledge of the Constable.

Taking land, fealty, fine xviijd [18d]
To this court came Joan, who was the wife of Thomas Miton, and Robert their son, and surrendered into the hand of the lord one Messuage and six acres of land formerly held by Robert Smyth. And in the same Court the aforesaid tenement was granted to them. To be held by the aforesaid Joan and William [sic] Miton to be held by him and her at the will of the lord according to the custom of the Manor, Rendering x [10] shillings a year to the lord, and suit of Court. And they provided pledges for paying for the rent and for repairing and sustaining the house, that is, John Gostewyk and Robert Myton. And they made fealty And gave xviijd [18d] to the lord as entry fine.

At this Court it was ordered by the Steward that no-one shall play the game called Qoyte in the future under a penalty of xijd [12d]

Also it was ordered that Richard Fesaunt, should plough his land [annotated 'was seized'] which was held from the lord by roll from April time, under penalty of giving up his land.

To this Court came John Goffe and took from the lord one Messuage and x [10] acres of land lately belonging to Thomas Avont, to be held by himself according to the custom of the manor, at the will of the lord, for term of his life, rendering to the lord xiijs iiijd [13s 4d] a year at two terms a year. And iiijd half [41/2d] to the lord King for the tax called Kynges service. And he made fealty And gave vjd [6d] to the lord as premium, and he provided pledges, that is to say Thomas Heryng and Thomas Ridere.

Also John Fille came to this Court and took from the lord the mill of Wylyton with the pond of the same mill, To have and to hold the aforesaid mill with the aforesaid pond and the branches of the trees growing around the aforesaid mill and with the herbage growing in pond of the aforesaid mill pond and with the fishery below the gates of the same mill. The aforesaid John Fille to hold the mill from last Michaelmas until the end of the five years next following, rendering to the lord viij [8] marks [£3 6s 8d] twice a year, that is to say at Michaelmas and at the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary . The first term’s payment shall be at the aforesaid feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary next in the future. And the aforesaid John Fille will make and repair all the Moving Parts with the lord's timber and the lord will repair and sustain all other parts of the aforesaid mill, and the faults belonging to the aforesaid mill, at his expense. And he provided pledges for paying the rent and for paying to discharge the aforesaid, that is to say John Bande, Thomas Herynge, John Cartere, John Warner.
