John Ridehalgh, Colne, wool stapler
[ii) have become bound to various persons on behalf of i) as securities: James Wilson, Colne, gentleman holds the following premises in trust for i)]
--- newly erected mill near Wine Wall, Colne, and part of the holme in which it is built on S and W sides of north bauk late erected to make a dam or reservoir for the mill, and all buildings late erected thereon
--- little close, south of the water course near the Wall bridge, all in occupation i)
--- several dwelling houses, Colne, late in occupation John Thornber, John Ridehalgh, John Bolton, Joseph Myers, Robert Tillitson, Richard Driver, James Hartley, [ ] Watson, Mrs Midgley, [ ] Hyde, Christopher Gile, James Houghton
James Wilson to stand seized in trust for ii) as security for repayment of debts by i) for which ii) are securities, and indemnity for all actions
