made enquiry "find that thoos of West's house are verie shie in discoverie" George West with Isabell Farthell ("sister by the mother to West's wife") (commonly called Baker) remember his being there but loath to remember more - does not Mr Oliver Geaves and Richard Linyard or Lingarre his man "remember well the report of the Northern patient" Talbott Whiston Clarke (Clerk?) cannot chuse but remember the report of it. Nokes his man's Callinge at his house in the nighte inquiringe for his master, sent by his mistres Mr Robert Cordell, William Horsford and Thomas Chapman can no doubt speak as eye witnesses (acting on instructions of 15 May - received yesterday) Note at bottom of sheet Ed Ekyns.
