--- recites that daughter Elizabeth Rust is admitted tenant to copyholds late Robert Fields and part Robert Parson, - to stand seized to use of Mary Bacon
--- all copyholds surrendered to testator by Thomas Bacon her late husband in Shillington, and equity of redemption released to testator by his eldest son
subject to debt due on bond £100 to Reverend Francis Hawkins
--- all household goods now in her possession late belonging to Stephen Rust, kinsman of the testator
