    i) William Triston, Shefford, clockmaker ii) Mary Harris, Shefford, widow iii) John Topham, Aylsey(sic) carpenter Job Foxley, Southill, blacksmith ii) to iii) in trust --- messuage late the Bell, Shefford in occupation ii), John Franklyn and John Knight in trust to use of i) and ii) for lives, then to survivor attached case for counsel’s opinion: ii) without consent of husband destroyed the settlement and died soon afterwards but the draft was preserved. Has Triston a title in equity? Opinion: He has a good case if the original settlement was a fair and honest one. Bill to be exhibited v the trustees and heir at law of Mrs Triston
