Very detailed and interesting material relating to the tithes, etc of Clapham, in which the cases of 1626 and 1676 are recited [see BS 190]; it includes further depositions of local people, and an appendix containing extracts and translations of various early records cited, among them being an extract from Ministers' Accounts, 1536; part of crown grant to Henry Audeley and John Maynard insofar as it relates to rectory of Clapham, 1544; and full and interesting receipts by the vicar of tithes, stating names and nature of each item, 1600 - 1601.
