[recites: will of Joseph Adams, late Shefford, Bedfordshire, brewer 31 December 1834 devising real and personal estate to friends John Lock, then Hensham, Essex, officer of excise, now Shefford brewer, and Robert Johnson, Shefford, glazier in trust to dispose of and devote proceeds as follows:
