    Samuel Taylor, farmer William Hartop, farmer John Hartop, farmer James Cunnigton, labourer James Hartop, labourer John Page, labourer Charles Barnett (all of Keysoe) Samuel Hartop, farmer Thomas Hartop, labourer John Whitemee, farmer (all of Bolnhurst) William Wells Kilpin, ironmonger Hillyard Nicholls, cornfactor (both of Bedford) buildings hereinafter described have for over 110 years been used as a place of worship for ''particular Baptist practising free communion''. Also the Reverend Robert Gate has for many years past occupied the house and garden. Believed to be no trust Deed in existence. Heirs of those in whom legal estate was vested cannot be traced. At a meeting held in the Vestry on Wednesday 22 June 1853 of the men members,the draft of this deed was approved and the above elected trustees. Now is agreed that above shall stand possessed of - chapel, burial ground, school house, dwelling house, garden, cottage and premises in Keysoe and site (2 roods 5 poles) North road to Riseley South Samuel Crawley, Esquire East Reverend Thomas Gate West Reverend William Hawkins on trust to keep buildings in repair and insured to permit building to be used as chapel, school, and burial ground for Particulars Baptist practising free communion at Keysoe to permit Minister to officiate in Chapel to permit Minister to live in dwelling house and garden to allow school master or mistress to live in cottage rent free or let it a best obtainable rent to use rent to keep buildings in repair and insured to raise money for Chapel purposes by mortgage etc. Power of sale given in case of default. General power of sale also given.Money to be used for Church Benefit If public worship discontinued for 12 months premises may be sold and money applied for charitable purposes If any trustee who does not attend divine worship at the chapel for 12months shall cease to be a trustee When trustees reduced to five shall choose replacements (total 12). If no choice made by surviving trustees then powers devove on the male members of the Society to be assigned to new trustees. If any controversy among trustees,to be decided by majority vote. Arbitor to be appointed in case trustees equally split. If required any arbitorator's award shall be made a rule of Queens Bench.
