    Details given: -- Southell or Southend Close containing 8 acres, lying next the highway from Barton to Silveshoe on west, and the brook called Southill Brook on southeast; -- also a pightle of pasture called New Pightell of Long Close containing 1 acre, lying next to Southend Ford Pightell east, and lands of Amabella Countess Dowager of Kent west, and abuts south on the ford and north on the highway towards Pulloxhill; -- also 2 1/2 acres of arable in Kitchen Feild, whereof 2 acres lie in the same furlong with the pightle last mentioned, and abut south on the brook and north on the highway leading to Pulloxhill, the land of the Countess of Kent east and of Thomas Neale west; -- and 1/2 acre lies in Windmillhill, abutting west on Kitchenend Riddy, and east on the 'joint of the furlong'; in Pulloxhill, Flitton or Silveshoe.
