'Proprietors of Mill Bank Water house in Westminster'. A list of the proprietors of the Westminster Waterworks with notes ( ? by Edmund Williamson) of the management of the concern by Farwell, of its purchase by the Chelsea waterworks: 'when the owners of Chelsea works applyd for an Act of Parliament he [Farwell] never opposed them by Virtue of the patent... By this means the Chelsea works came in, sunk the rents, and bought at their pleasure', and of Williamson's endeavours to treat with the proprietors of the Chelsea Waterworks 'their answer was that I must sue Mr. Farwell.'
