-- Devises in trust for his children the proceeds of his wife's shares in premises in Northants., Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire, which were to have been transferred to him at her age 21 but have not yet been so transferred; also the proceeds of his other cottages and lands; in trust for brother John Riland or for one of his sons the advowson of Sutton Coldfield church, the advowson afterwards to go to daughters Lydia (wife of Willaim Bedford) and Phebe; to daughter Phebe £1,150 (Lydia having received a like portion on marriage.) Wife Mary executrix.
[Recites Marriage settlement stated not to have been carried out 20 April 1759].
