    1. William Foster, Thrapston (Northamptonshire), clerk; 2. John Lord St John Baron of Bletsoe, Elizabeth Lady St John his wife; 3. Humphrey Parsons, esquire, alderman of London, Charles Livesay, Hinwick Hall, clerk. Reciting: Will of St Andrew St John (J157) devising to 8 younger children £1000 each. Marriage of (1) with Mary St John (deceased), one of the daughters, by which £900 is still owing to him. Will of Barbara St John, another daughter, devising to (1) her £1000. Beauchamp St John, a son, died intestate, so that his £1000 was divided, and (1) as husband of Mary and legatee of Barbara, is entitled to two sevenths. Assignment by (1) to (3) as trustees for (2), of all his right and interest in estate of Sir St Andrew St John, on payment to him of total of £2,295 19s.
