Devises:
to wife Mary for life all estates freehold and copyhold;
to son Josiah a messuage in Campton in the possession of Mr. Ward;
to son John a messuage in Shefford now on the possession of John Freeman, collarmaker, charged with the payment of £30 to son Wm;
to sons Richard and Gould 2 messuages in Southill in the occupation of William Bassett, cooper, and Thomas Hawkins, butcher;
to son William towards his apprenticeship £20.
Sons Josiah and John are to act as guardians to Richard, William, and Gould if left orphans.
Wife Mary executrix.
Witnesses: Ann Smith, Thomas Lovelidge, John Stokes, scrivener in Ratcliffe.
