    -- The manors of Kempston Daubeny and Kempston St. Johns (as in M1/4/10,11) viz: the Manor House in Kempston; 3 closes containing 26 acres; 7acres in the Home Meadow; 84 acres in Kempston wood; the Manor house in Marston Moretaine with 90 acres 3 closes in Marston Moretaine (the Holmes, Gadwicks and Dovehouse); 3 other Closes called Ashcroft, the Church and Old Orchard; a called Redlands containing 24 acres; all the above formerly purchased by Matthew Denis of Robert Yarway and William Warne; also a cottage, close of 4 acres and pightle in Marston Mortaine; a selion of 1/2 acre by the gravel pits at New Walls Land and in the Stonefield at Kempston a selion in the Home close next the Ham field, Kempston; the advowson of Kempston; view of frankenplce; 17 acres arable in Marston Moretaine on Windmill Hill formerly in the occupation of ___ Pedder and Thomas Peirce, then of Roger Farr and now of William Farr.
