Miles Fleetwood, Alwinkle (Hertfordshire), esquire. Reciting: (1), as daughter and co-heiress of John St. Andrew (deceased), is seized of manor of East Haddon and property in Northamptonshire, Rolston (Leicestershire), Denton Fen (Huntingdonshire) and on Great Level (Cambridgeshire and Ely). (1) with consent of (3) makes over to (2) in trust, to provide £100 per annum from rents to maintain children of her marriage to Oliver St John: -- pasture closes in Denton Fen common, in the occupation of William Woodstock, and in Great Level. -- manor of East Haddon, capital messuage, tenements and lands, in the occupation of John Stanly, John Wills, John Jeyes senior and junior, Richard Herbert, John Smith, Francis White, widow Bliss, widow Laughton, Robert Chapman, Thomas Collis, Edward Chapman, William White, Edmund Walden, widow Ireton. -- freehold rents of lands and tenements in Byfield, Pisford and Brampton (Northamptonshire). -- close in Rolston (Leicestershire) in the occupation of William Cuerton [Cureton].
