3. Miles Fleetwood, Alwinkle (Hertfordshire), esquire.
Reciting: (1), as daughter and co-heiress of John St. Andrew (deceased), is seized of manor of East Haddon and property in Northamptonshire, Rolston (Leicestershire), Denton Fen (Huntingdonshire) and on Great Level (Cambridgeshire and Ely).
(1) with consent of (3) makes over to (2) in trust, to provide £100 per annum from rents to maintain children of her marriage to Oliver St John:
