Gervas Piggott, Thrapston (Northamptonshire), esquire, Mary Piggott and Frances Piggott, daughters of Gervas Piggott and Mary his late wife, (another daughter of John St. Andrew), Francis Thornhough, Fenton (Nottinghamshire), esquire, Elizabeth his wife (daughter of John St. Andrew), William Bambridge, Sockington (Leicestershire) esquire, John Port, Stafford, esquire, John Foxcroft, Goatham (Nottinghamshire), clerk. Reciting: Family Settlement, 10 October 1646 and Final Concord, making provision for (1) out of estates of John St. Andrew (deceased). Marriage Settlement of (1) and (2) to provide for children of marriage, ((2) having provided jointure for (1) out of his estates): -- (2) to take all rents and profits of estates of John St. Andrew in East Haddon, Byfield, Pisford, Brampton, (Northamptonshire), Billesdon, Laughton, Rolston, Kilby and Foxton (Leicestershire), held by William Bambridge, John Port and John Foxcroft in trust for (1). -- (2) to have reversion of two-thirds of moiety of timber and trees at Arley Cosell (Warwickshire) on death of Lady Skeffington, or the sum of £800 payable by Francis Thornhough for the same. -- (2) to have rents and profits of lands to be conveyed in lieu of those lost through defect of conveyance from William Geter and wife. -- (2) to have annual sums of money paid to (1) by Gervas Piggott during continuance of jointure of Lady Bale, Lady Skeffington and Elizabeth St Andrew (mother of (1)). If (1) dies before (2), without heirs, then (2) is to have only half of these.
