1. Richard Curtis, Woodford, husbandman; 2 Richard Drawater, Kettering, yeoman. Richard Curtis is to stand seized of the following, for the lives of himself, then of Agnes his future wife, then of their heirs:
-- messuage cottage in Woodford in the occupation of Richard Curtis
-- 16 roods arable in Woodford common fields.
-- all lands, tenements etc. in Woodford, late purchased of Symon Shawe. Witnesses: Thomas Cox, William Beare, Thomas Hynde.
