    Probate of will of William Rowley of Finchley (Middx) - bequeathing a guinea to his cousin Mr Richard Rowley to buy him a ring; - bequeathing a guinea to his cousin Mrs Alice Perkins to buy her a ring; - bequeathing a guinea to his cousin Mrs Mary Roberts to buy her a ring; - bequeathing £4 10s to George Pell making £10 with the £5 10s he has in hand; - desires that John Riggust should pay the £7 he has in hand to his executrix; - devising 1 acre of land to the 4 children of Richard Pell (lately deceased) to be divided equally 2 years after Rowley’s decease; - devising 1 ½ acres to the children of Elizabeth Purser to be divided equally 2 years after his decease; - bequeathing to Elizabeth Purser all his household goods left in his room at Cople; - bequeathing £10 to his cousin Elizabeth Jenkins to be paid 2 years after his decease; - bequeathing £10 to his cousin William Roberts to be paid a year after his decease; - appoints Mary Easter his executrix - witnesses: John Lee; Robert Hide; William Wilkes - proved 14 June 1729
