    Probate of will of Owen Thomas Bromsall of Northill, esquire [copy]. Devises to wife Elizabeth the Manor of Northill and the mansion house in which he dwells, and appurtenant heriditaments in Over Caldecot, Nether Caldecot, Beeston, Ickwell, Hatch and Budnoe, for life; and then to heirs; and, in case of failure thereof, to Sir Rowland Alston of Odell, baronet, and Edward Sparhauke of Baldock, Hertfordshire, in trust for sale of personal estate, erection of monument, payment of debts and legacies etc to nephew Bromsall Crouch, the schoolmaster of Northill, and servants; and real estate to go to daughters and their heirs; and in case of failure, to Samuel Ongley of Old Warden, esquire, and William Beecher of Renhold, esquire, in trust for nephew John Robinson (son of John Robinson, esquire, and wife Frances) and issue; and in case of failure, to nephew Bromsall, and issue.
