Details of recited matters: - reciting indenture of 2 April 1771 (as recited in BS 9) and the marriage of George Osborn and Elizabeth Banister and subsequent death of John Banister - reciting indentures of Lease and Release 15,16 July 1788 between parties as in BS 9 - reciting indentures of Lease and Release 29,30 August 1788 as in BS 9, and indenture of 4 November 1788 - reciting the death of Elizabeth Banister - reciting that Sir George Osborn was seized in fee simple of -- a certain other messuage farm and lands in Campton, which he had purchased of Sir Charles Ventris Field, baronet -- a messuage or farm house and land at Mappersall alias Mappershall which he had purchased of Sarah Birch, widow and others and request for money on security of these properties, and other recitals in BS 9.
