- Scope and ContentMinnie Bigg: housekeeper to her brother at Stotfold. On 21 December she was present when PC Lunniss searched the prisoner’s box. Gloves belonging to Minnie Bigg were found. James Lunniss: from information received he went to the Bigg’s house and searched the prisoner’s box. 2 pairs of gloves were produced, which were identified by Miss Bigg as hers. Collins was taken into custody and taken to Biggleswade police station. Statement of the accused: she did not steal them.
