(A) Demise: Edmund Harding of Aspley Guise and wife Ann to Francis Wood of Woburn, yeoman.
-- A messuage in Aspley Guise with 3 acres arable, 1 acre meadow, and common of pasture for 2 beasts on the fen, 2 on the hills, 10 sheep and 1 horse in the fields; late in the occupation of John Miles. 12 Oct. 1640.
(B) Conveyance: Francis Wood to Nicholas Smith. -- A rood adjoining the cottage aforesaid on which a messuage is now erected. 20 May 1655.
(C) Will of Nicholas Smith; devises to wife Margaret executrix. 4 May 1664.
(D) Will of Margaret Smith; devises to Thomas Seere, alias Sadler, senior, the last recited messuage. 15 Ap. 1674.
