F J Manning was Dr Fowler's executor, hence the presence of these items in the M collection.
Archival history
Documents were received at various times from Mr Manning and his wife, they were originally given different numbers, M13, M17 and M21 but many remained uncatalogued. On cataloguing all the material it was decided to rearrange it all under M13.
