Recognizance - George Howe of 70 Market Street, Northampton, shoemaker; Samuel Draper of 6 tanner Street, Northampton, shoemaker - £5 each as sureties that John Draper alias Williams now a prisoner in Bedford Gaol - that having been convicted on 26 July 1872 of night poaching at Potsgrove on land in the occupation of Alfred Peston, a farmer (his first offence) he will not so offend again for one year.
